Our passion is for providing soul and soil-enriching food for your celebrations – that means working with local farmers and producers who respect the environment, and using seasonal ingredients when they are abundant and their flavours are at their peak.
Our food is prepared by us and delivered to your home, place of work, or other venue with simple instructions for finishing and serving the food yourself. It’s hassle-free entertaining so that you can enjoy the celebrations to the fullest extent. We take on a limited number of hosted catering events each year where we provide our full experience at your home or venue – taking care of all of the cooking and serving for you.

What type of events do you cater for?
We provide private event catering in Sussex and can cater for all occasions; whether it’s a birthday celebration, party, or wedding we will create food to make it truly memorable. Please get in touch to find out more.
What food can we expect?
We create our menus around what is abundant locally at that time of year. In the summer it will be big vibrant salads and fresh dishes; think rainbows of tomatoes, sun-ripened strawberries, freshly podded peas and fragrant peaches. In the autumn and winter you can expect heartier and more warming dishes with delicious seasonal root vegetables, deep-orange pumpkins, apples and pears.

We’re inspired by chefs like Yotam Ottolenghi, Anna Jones and Diana Henry so you can expect vibrant flavours and colourful feasts.
How do I book?
Use our enquiry form to get in touch with details of your event. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible, and if your date is available we’ll get you booked in. Then we can arrange to chat on the phone or by email to find out more about your requirements and favourite foods, before getting to work on your menu.
Can you cater for dietary requirements?
We are experienced at creating menus for a range of requirements including vegetarian, vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free etc. – please let us know at the time of booking.
Please discuss with us if you have an allergy and we will do our best to accommodate. We use all 14 of the main allergens in our kitchens and can’t guarantee that our food will be completely free from cross-contamination of certain ingredients. Please email us if you would like more information.

We book a limited number of events each year so please get in touch with us as soon as possible to ensure your date is available.
